Gold Rush Vinyl is a 100% woman-owned, indepedently operated record pressing plant in Austin, Texas, committed to serving indie artists and labels since we opened our factory in 2018.
We press full-color, high-fidelity records for some of the world's top musicians, record labels and distributors — start to finish, made by people who love records as much as you do (if not more).
We also manufacture RIAA Certified award plaques and are the only company using real 24-karat gold and actual platinum, so that our clients' achievements really shine.
Our team is made up of people who have dedicated themselves to this craft. Our founder, Caren, is now co-owner of Waterloo Records, one of America's most iconic record stores; our vice president, Jenn, founded Women in Vinyl, an important non-profit providing education and job opportunities across the industry; and our production team members are musicians and artists themselves. We know how important vinyl is for both bands and fans, and want each record we work on to be something worth holding on to.
Every project gets a dedicated rep from our Austin office who has worked on hundreds of records and spends their days out on the factory floor. When you ask how your record is doing, you get a real answer from a real person -- someone who has actually seen it, so there is never a disconnect between what is happening at the presses and what you hear from us.
From classic black to custom colors, our standards are high because yours should be, too. Clients often tell us our records are "the highest quality we've ever had" and that's a bar we hold ourselves to, with less than 0.05% of records returned for review. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your product, we are committed to making it right.
You've got a lot to do in the lead-up to a record release, which is why we're happy to handle everything for your vinyl project from start to end -- including lacquer cutting, plating, jacket printing, pressing, inspection and packaging. You can also add-on our fulfillment services. Just send us your project files, we take care of the rest.

Gold Rush has pressed our last 3 Le Gargoyle albums. They do incredible work. Excellent communication with album progress and completion times. All color variations we have done look and sound incredible. It’s also nice living near the plant so I can see all the action behind the scenes. I wouldn’t think of using anyone else.
