We're one of only five licensed RIAA manufacturers, and the only one using real 24-karat gold and actual platinum on playable records — for artists, labels and authorized collaborators on RIAA-certified titles.
We are the only RIAA plaque maker that plates records in real 24-karat gold and real platinum. No imitation finishes.
02
Your actual record
If the release was put on vinyl, we can use the real, playable record, not a blank stand-in. No other award maker can.
03
Hand-built frames
Frames are built by hand by artisans in the United States and arrive ready to hang, with the official RIAA hologram on every plaque.
04
Rush orders available
Want to present a plaque at a timely event, concert or celebration? Ask our team about rush orders (additional fees apply).
How it works
How to order an RIAA award plaque
01
Confirm eligibility
This is crucial: RIAA plaques require authorization from the recording artist or label. If you don't have that, please contact the label for an authorization form.
02
Choose your design
Pick a classic design and your mat colors, or book a custom consultation by email, phone or video. See every option on our plaque designs page.
03
Send your artwork
Artwork must be at least 300 DPI, and you need the rights to use it. Preview your layout first in our award mockup tool.
04
Approve and receive
Approve your proof. Classic plaques are typically ready 2–3 weeks after order, artwork and payment; custom awards may take more time.
