WHAT WE DO

Full-service vinyl manufacturing

Send us your music and artwork — we handle everything else, from lacquer cutting and jacket printing to pressing your records.
Every project gets a dedicated rep who works on the factory floor, plus a client portal for live updates and easy represses.
Before you start: Tell your engineer you're making vinyl. Files need to be mastered for vinyl specifically.

How it works

Four steps from file to finished record

01
Laqcuer Cutting
Caption for laqcuer
Our engineer carves your grooves into master discs on a lathe. Great records start with well-made lacquers.
02
Electroplating
Stampers
Lacquers are plated to create negative metal copies — "stampers" — that load onto our presses.
03
Record Pressing
Stampers
PVC is melted into a puck, center labels go on, and it's pressed between steam-heated stampers, cooled and trimmed.
04
Inspection & packaging
caption
Every record is hand-inspected, spot-checked on a turntable, then sleeved and jacketed with the art we printed for you.
